Won’t an oil cleanser make my skin oily?

I have sensitive skin. Is this too much exfoliation?
The mask is a weekly treatment, used 1–2 nights a week for no more than 5 minutes. On mask nights, massage the cream cleanser gently and skip the 2-minute hold. Patch test first.
