Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Order Processing

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on business days are processed and shipped on the same day from our Grand Rapids, Michigan headquarters.

Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed or shipped until the next business day.

Holiday Orders: We do not process or ship orders on federal or public holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping
- All 50 States and U.S Territories: We ship to all 50 states, including U.S territories.
- Free Economy Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on orders over $149 for customers in the lower 48 states.
International Shipping
- We do offer international shipping options. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes on international orders.
