- Is this mask suppose to be thin and liquified? My jar is thick and like a paste.
- Hi Alicia! Yes the mask is supposed to be thick. As soon as you put it in your hand it will start to melt. You can always stir the product. If you are in a hot climate and the mask is a liquid you can put in the fridge for a few minutes to resolidify it.
