Use the spatula to scoop a pea-sized amount and apply it to the upper and lower lips. Massage thoroughly to the inside and outside of the lips. Use AM and PM.

"I’m an older woman and have had a tremendous amount of sun exposure and damage to my skin and and lips . I started this Vit C Lip Balm every day and I highly recommend this product . It helped slough off the dead cells on my lips and smoothed out the finer wrinkles and my lips definitely hold more moisture and feel more plump . I had many small wrinkles in the lips themselves and after using this lip balm every day I’ve noticed such a difference in resolving much if the finer wrinkles I had in the lips and the deeper wrinkles are much less apparent and less severe . I carry this lip balm everyday and it’s made a very noticeable difference in my lips and the feel is much smoother and softer . I will never stop using this lip balm . Helps my TMJ

"I actually got this lip balm after Natalie suggested it might work well for TMJ pain.
