KPS Essentials In-Home Spa Kit

Hello, beauties!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had a few moments where I’ve allowed myself to feel the building anxiety that’s permeating our media. Sometimes it feels as if the world is closing in on us. We are dealing with so much uncertainty right now, and knowing that this pandemic is worldwide makes it feel so surreal. It’s something that we’ve just never dealt with before.

There are moments when it feels like it’s not going to come to an end. So many of you are feeling trapped in your homes, but I want you to know one thing: we are all in this together. We need to remember to focus on all things positive. I want us to take this time together to focus on ourselves. This is why I am excited to bring the signature facial I created into your home.

As of today, you’ll be able to purchase an all-in-one kit that will give you the needed instruction - and products - to treat yourself to an in-home spa treatment. It may not feel as fancy as your favorite spa, but it’s still an excellent way to unwind while giving your skin the attention it deserves. This kit will include seven of our most popular products, plus 3 products you won’t find anywhere outside of a spa: Antioxidant Cacao Masque, Orange Blossom Massage Cream, and our Super-Food Exfoliant.

Normally, the last three products are only available to my spa partners. But these aren’t normal times, and I want everyone to be able to enjoy their favorite spa products when they otherwise can’t get to them.

If you want to make this a group thing, this kit could be a way to reconnect with friends as well. All it takes is a phone camera and facetime, and just like that, you can set up a spa date with friends. It doesn’t have to be a huge event to be a lot of fun, and we could all use to have a little more of that in our lives right now.

For the second installment of our seven-part chakra series, we’ll be looking at the sacral chakra.

Developing an understanding of - and learning how to open - the chakras will better one’s mind, body, and soul. As an avid supporter and practitioner of chakra balancing, I can attest to their ability to connect with many of the ailments that experience.

Whether manifesting through disease, emotional unrest, or spiritual troubles, an unbalanced chakra can cause a massive fissure within us. By taking a deeper dive into the inner-workings of chakras, you may be able to fully understand their impact on your life, as well as...

Chakra Series Part 1: Muladhara
Chakra Series Part 1: Muladhara

June 01, 2020

The Muladhara, commonly referred to as the Root Chakra, is the first of the seven chakras in your body. Based on the element of earth, this chakra is associated with the feelings of being safe, and grounded. Located at the base of the spine, this chakra establishes the foundation for development in our lives and is associated with many ‘structural’ aspects of our being:

  • safety & security
  • basic needs (food, water, clothing, shelter)
  • physical and emotional identity
  • grounding

The root chakra empowers us to explore all aspects of life without fear or hesitation. A balanced root chakra gives us the...

Ditch Boring Recipes: Try Natalie's Tasty Parsnip Salad!

May 28, 2020

I am an avid foodie and love to spend time finding clean ways to enjoy the foods I love. For years, I've been toying with the idea of writing a cookbook, so I thought, "What better way to get that going than to start sharing my recipes in the blog?"

It's a no-brainer! As such, I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be sharing recipes with MUCH greater regularity from now on. So if you're tired of eating salads that look more like rabbit food than nourishing meals fit for people, you're in luck. ;)

Today's recipe is a super simple parsnip salad creation that I enjoy almost every week. It's perfect for me since I'm always on the go, and want to eat clean while running from the office to suppliers and everywhere in between. This tasty treat will fill you up and offers a surprising depth of flavor.

Eating well doesn't mean sacrificing taste!
