I get it … there never seems like enough time for self-care.
We’re stressed, tired, and pulled in so many different directions these days, that taking a few moments to give ourselves some much-needed TLC may seem selfish, or just downright impossible. But I’m here to tell you that you simply MUST make your well being a priority!
We all know pollution is bad for the environment, but smoke, chemicals and fumes are just as bad for your cellular environment too. Your system is affected by free-radicals from a number of external and internal sources, but pollution is one of the big, bad culprits. While there are many steps that we can take to ensure our home environment is as pollutant-free as possible, we still are exposed to second-hand smoke, exhaust, dust and dirt simply by living our everyday lives.
